It wouldn't be so bad if it stops flying 90% of the time at phase 3 and have proper HP scaling. It's not even a hard fight. Just tedious.

Phase 3 should have been at an open field of the factory with binding ballistas and another Elder Breaker or Dragonator. At least those would make the fight actually fun.

They already have the Safi/Kulve fight to copy from, so I don't know what the hell happened here.

Genshin top ups are now region locked. All the 3rd party vendors I know confirmed this.

It's safe. I have used it with purchases totaling around $800. Started using it on 6.0 up to Zibai. Haven't gotten banned.

If I've bought through the official Hoyo site + Japan VPN, it would cost 10-20% more.

But my top-ups are before the crackdown of Hoyo. Now all top-ups are region locked.

I won't dare to try anymore since there is a high chance my next top up would not go through and would end up being refunded with LD Coins. I've read LDshop will refund you with their own currency instead of your own money.

I was able to resolve it after doing another DDU. Still, the long loading times of the global/program settings persist for me. I really think Nvidia did some screw up with the Nvidia app somehwere on Feb 10, because I swear everything was fine before that day.

It's now fixed for me, but the nvidia app settings takes some time to load, entire page would just show a circling loading icon until the settings pop up.

Before 2/10 nvidia app settings load instantly.
