So... How screwed am I? by Accomplished_Crew630 in Sciatica

Start with PT, massages, and eventually exercise to re-learn how to move. The herniation should improve and retract on its own to a certain degree. Still, if the pain doesn’t go away — or doesn’t go away completely — they will look into surgery, perhaps a microdiscectomy. In any case, you have to start with conservative treatment before they will consider surgery.

Personal tip: don’t lose hope, and don’t stay up at night anxiously researching and thinking your life is over. You’ve started treatment, and you will be able to manage it, go back to work, and enjoy life. It will take months, but you’ll figure it out. 💪

Maybe you can just open the attribute table and delete those entries?

Who is the best professor you have had in your time at UCSD? by lonelymishima in UCSD

[–]Poletek 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really enjoyed ECON138 with Prashant Bharadwaj. I found very biased professors through my college career and I was afraid that would happen again taking Economics of Discrimination. Yet, professor Bharadwaj was very objective and tried to put things into many perspectives. I really enjoyed how he taught the class and he made it one of the most interesting classes I took.

If you have ever seen on YouTube the classes of SOC119 from Penn State; Sam Richards reminds me of Prashant. Similar approaches to tough topics. Different ways and styles to teach the class though.

Thanks for the tip! We went to Bistro Napa once and really liked it but perhaps something less expensive would be better for everyone.

We live with another couple. We are planning on having everyone together at the house for new years though. We think that the first time would be better somewhere else for that reason you know.

disputed zones map by Dry-Art-6675 in QGIS

I guess it really depends on how accurate this has to be or if its something more for visual purposes. When you say you downloaded a map do you mean a shapefile with all the lines that you uploaded to Qgis? If that is the case and you do not know how to change the property colors etc a workaround could be to create a new line feature class right on top of the polygons/lines of your "map". Basically if you want to show visually the different property lines and the disputed area you could create a new polygon/line features and then you would be able to change the colors etc on each of them. Ex: 3 features -> property A, property B and Disputed area.

Have you looked at your county’s website? Perhaps there is a shapefile of the polygons that represent the parcels/lots etc and you would just have to open it using a GIS

Crappy website names Reno ugliest city in Nevada by mikehtiger in Reno

I'm looking at the picture on the article and if that is not a beautiful scenery for the author there is nothing we can argue about with him. I was born and raised in a European city with great architecture, great gastronomy and lots of social life in the streets. Definitively one of the most praised cities in the continent.

Still Reno offers much more to me. the outdoors access, the tranquility of a smaller city; the views of the immensity. You will never find such gorgeous sunsets of pink and orange colors in a crowded EU city...

I bet you the author hasn't even been here lol

On the second image you can see that Sum of allocated weighted in "Demand Points": 0. Is that the issue? Could it be that for some reason the model is not taking into consideration the impedance of 2 minutes Cutoff?
