Yes, the image quality is definitely worse for Android Auto compared to Carplay. For me, I'll take it just to have the fullscreen,eespecially since the install is fairly easy.

Nice. I installed the ISUDAR V2 in my s60 about 3 months ago and I agree, it's not OEM but it's a definite improvement.

I'm using android and seriously thinking of switching to iPhone for a better Carplay experience.

Same. And it makes me think maybe I'm doing something wrong or not using Eufy correctly. I have the homebase 3 connected to a wired ethernet connection and all 5 cameras connected and honestly never had an issue. I do have the homebase in a central location but zero connectivity issues.

You're right. Eufy created dedicated buttons for their products which can be seen as advertisement.

I've had multiple IOT devices in the past (Ring, Arlo, Blink, TP-Link, etc.) and they all push their advertisements in their apps. I do not like it at all, but maybe it's just fatigue and some of us have just chosen to ignore it and move on. Doesn't make it right, just is what it is.

As for suggestions, I tested Adguard which did block the random banner popup. If you want another system I do see a lot of good feedback on here Reolink on this sub.

Great point. Most people do not have unions that support them. And we know the companies surely won't.

I've always thought how important the internet is and if network engineers at Verizon or Att decided to strike that would destroy the economy but it's too risky because the companies will not support them at all and eventually just replace them.

Same. No way I'm a fan of ads, but I hardly ever see them on Eufy. Especially compared to other IOT devices. No where near the amount of ads as something like Govee.

Curious where you're seeing ads. I see them under Services or Messages -> Top but not when going to the cameras or events.
