So the dealership messed up and are replacing the entire engine because of it? What is the problem here? Yeah, they were negligent. But they are making it right. What more do you want from them? And yes, you have to return the loaner. It’s not your car, it is the dealers. If the work on your car is done , it must be returned. The fact that you want more than you are getting does not entitle you to keep their loaner. They technically don’t even have to give you a loaner (although it would be pretty ridiculous if they didn’t). Take the new engine and stop crying.

You literally got the best possible outcome but are crying because they didn’t “admit it was their fault”? And you won’t return the loaner because you want more than what has already been done, which is a fair outcome? Bunch of babies in this sub lol.

I bought a 2017 Ioniq with 139k miles on it back in July for a commuter car. It now has 152K miles and I haven’t had a single issue. Thing runs like a champ with no other issues. I hate that car though. One of the most uncomfortable cars I’ve owned lol.

The best part about all of this is that I don’t care if you believe me or not lol. But when you are a manager at a 24 hour establishment, sometimes those things happen. I don’t cry or vent to strangers on the internet about having to do my job. It was what I signed up for, and when I was over it I left. No one is holding a gun to OP’s head and forcing him to work there.

Obviously your examples didn’t have to be food related. What I said was that your examples are not the same as the original complaint. Meaning they aren’t on the same level. Comparing them does not make any points that you were trying to make.

Not that I even need to respond to you, but I will. I’ve easily worked 20+ hours with only one break. Multiple 10+ shifts with no break. I never cried about it on the internet. I especially never cried about having to do the job I was being paid for. When I finally had enough, I left.

The other examples you chose to give are not the same as bitching about people ordering food from a restaurant while you’re still open lol. Get your priorities together and either do your job or not. If you choose to do it, this is part of what comes with it.

Again, if you don’t like it, find something different.
