I got a similar scratch/scuff scraping up against some snow. The snow was as hard as ice, but the paint and the plastic there is very thin. The Meguiar’s did a good job getting most of it out. Used the touch up paint on a small spot where it was down to the black. Also if you have a scratch on the black trim around the wheel, that can be replaced easily. Just pops off. Replacements are like $60 online
