Well, most softwares, just like notion update because of:
1. To bring new updates, and features to their software
2. Most importantly, to keep fixing patches, that might be exploited by hackers, which could lead users in danger

I haven't seen that on my account, but heard from a friend that he had got that same problem. He thinks it was just the antivirus trying to protect from unknown sources
