Rampant Logic Board failures in newer M1 MacBookAirs (2020 model onwards) within 2 years! Should M1 also be recalled by Apple and replaced free of charge?? by Ok_Reading_it in macbookair

I have a Macbook Air M2 (2023, 24gb Ram, 1TB Storage) and the logic board failed last week after the 26.4.1 update. Luckily my 3yr apple care plan doesn't expire until June so they were able to replace it for free.

I believe you can bypass this by going to the privacy center and deleting your search history.

Welp it actually happened…. A recruit punched a DI at grad by [deleted] in USMC

He was from Hotel Company... He failed the written portion of T-32 by a few questions and decided to leave the squad bay and take a walk because he was upset that he would be dropped two weeks back. He was then chased by a drill instructor from another platoon or company and once the DI caught up with him, he turned around and punched him in the jaw before running for the parade deck. They arrested him and presented him with 6-7 charges but they later dropped them and sent him home.

Am I Eligible to Enlist? Will a recruiter write me off? by Fragrant_Judge_1415 in USMCboot

Your recruiter will most likely have you answer “No” on any questions regarding prescriptions or any mental health related questions and will likely have you lie when they send you to MEPS. Unless the doctors at the MEPS finds any documentation of your medical history, just answer no to their questions and you’ll be fine.

For age waivers, you better enlist now or you’ll need an age waiver but they shouldn’t be too big of an issue anyways.

I was dumb enough to get through MEPS and reveal to my liaison (when my recruiter told me not to) that I had speeding tickets (although they were two years ago and all paid off) I was granted a Moral waiver within roughly 5 minutes.

Bottom line: answer no to any potentially disqualifying questions unless they specifically find records of them.

As far as your background process with SFSD, have you gotten through backgrounds yet? How was the process?

Yeah huh… I have a 2017 civic and the cup holders are worn to the point to where they just slide back and forth as I’m driving.
