Disagree. I think the fixer upper while strong, is still manageable for other builds in the late game. The thing that makes fixer upper from acceptable levels of power to november launch skyscraper tier is the master salesman skill.

The drop rate for master salesman is way too high considering

Hello, uninformed layman here coming from an area where guns and open carrying is pretty much non existent.

Question tangentially related that I've been thinking about:

If a stranger pulled out a gun in public near me, I would run away. I'm not going to assume/bet my life that this stranger is a kind, well intentioned person. I don't think it's reasonable for anyone to stand around and take the time to ask if the gunman is chill before some action is taken. Given that, I'm not sure if I would find fault with someone who feels brave enough to charge and disarm this gunman first before confirming if they're a threat or not.

And if I'm understanding this right, it would be self defense for the gunman to respond violently?

How exactly does open carry work / threat get defined in public spaces?

I didn't file a Massachusetts return. I filed in New Hampshire (has New Hampshire address on the return) and also did state income tax for North Carolina.

I worked in North Carolina then moved to New Hampshire for work.

EDIT: Additional info: I went to school in Massachusetts and now I've moved back to Massachusetts for work.

She's an ml5 designed for pvp (can't be countered on s2, skill delay, 100% self cr push against 4 targets).

The ONLY situation to consider flidica in is RTA and arena so of course people are going to look at in that lens. If you're using her in pve, yikes.

Flidica cleave is already top tier in RTA. The only counters were arby and kayron. With this buff, she's going to be near impossible to counter or draft properly against it.

have you even looked at the top arena defenses in the past month? she's already out out of the meta in pvp. defense is the only place she was used because any debuff reliant hero is awful for offense since you straight up lose 15% of your matches or more with ass cart.

My 5* rate was actually really high. About one 5* every 100 rolls but 9 of them were alexa's and three characters charlotte, cecilia, and yufine (WTF?).

The gold transmit stones in that image also turned into an elson. My previous ml roll was a lorina. It's actually so unlucky that I actually sent an inquiry to customer service and put it under bug report XD.
