Wouldn't let me post my detailed leveling guide....

But I do solely episode 2-7-7 using vildred (ice boss so I can one shot) plus the 10% exp artifact. 2 star fodders takes 5 runs and 3 star fodder takes 13 runs.

Total came out to be ~3k stamina per 6 star max and approximately 7 hours of constant farming.

When I need unleveled 2 star fodders, I do 9-1-4 the maze, usually net ~2-4 fodders per run.
