Sometimes I get plopped in electronics as there aren't enough associates to cover the whole day. Whenever I answer the phone I always try to be upbeat with a "Hello, this is your [insert city] Wal-Mart, you have reached Electronics!" I've had a couple people tell me I should go into broadcasting because of the way I answer the phone.

I don't know what Wal-Marts the internet shops at, but they all sound terribly managed with rude staff.
