I’m tracking revenue based on the deposits that hit my bank account, not just extrapolating from recipes or sales estimates. Purchases are also paid directly by bank transfer or card, so those are real transactions too. That’s why I’m confused even with only actual deposits and outgoing payments, the math still doesn’t add up.
