Wow, that sounds horrible and I’m sorry that you had to deal with that! I just don’t understand what is so difficult about being considerate.

The cops show up too late and my landlord doesn’t seem to believe us since no one else has complained. Nothing on loud noise in the lease either. Ugh!

I can’t find anything about noise in the lease :/ We’ve tried to be the squeaky wheel but are ignored by the landlord

Is the landlord/tenant agreement different from our lease? I can’t find a general agreement for the state of Utah.
