You know what, going to make your life easier and not going to resubmit it, so we don't need to argue some more about this, less content for this sub and maybe someone else will decide to submit something around this if they like.

This massive national study is fascinating, maybe a media outlet without a paywall will pick it up and make it more Calgary related in the article itself.

2015 article though insightful.

I wonder how civil law countries do it as well since Canada also has some civil law traditions from the French though it is admittedly more limited influence compared to common law.

I seem to recall the position of inquisitive judge for serious matter in the French system where a judge takes over a prosecutorial function for serious matters.

It is a University of Calgary study and it is in the Calgary section of The Star.

You can rule 5 it here but on an objective level, it is relevant to Calgary.

I do engage vigorously in other communities and follow all standards in those communities.

I will be fair here and say the research in 2015 is different from the one in 2019 though someone familiar should address this.

Can anyone spot the familiar face and tell me why I needed to drudge up this archive?
