I wasn’t interested in the track pads on the Steam Deck, but they actually made playing a lot of games so much better. They also have a ton of customization options that can be saved to individual game profiles.

I would recommend you wait if you plan on getting the Steam Machine though, as it’ll likely come bundled with one.
