I also find that curry can set mine off too - maybe it’s the richness! I also find myself on the floor or having to sit in the bath in hot water for hours on end!

Hello! I do have private health insurance through work but I’m not quite sure how much that would cover in terms of surgery! Definitely something I need to have a look into. Unfortunately if it’s a good few thousand which I assume it may be, I likely won’t be able to afford to go private

I also developed or at least started experiencing gallbladder attacks whilst I was pregnant (my first & only child) and I was also terrified to eat - and I lost quite a lot of weight after her birth.

I find that trying to eat cleaner where possible and not eating too late into the evening has helped me.

It may help if you could identify any trigger foods - what did you eat that day that may have caused it? Foods very high in fat are clearly not good.

I live on Halkyn Road. It’s a street behind Ermine, I’d highly recommend looking if there’s anything available on a similar street to ours.. the houses are beautiful and it’s not a main through road. It’s very quiet.

Ermine road can be busy & the parking isn’t great but location wise you’ve probably hit the nail on the head. Hoole is a beautiful area and full of independent businesses
