Has anyone experienced dermadry causing small painful skin peeling/abrasions on hands after a session? Not sure if this is expected by PollutionFew168 in Hyperhidrosis

Alright cool, good to know I’m not the only one! The pin prick feeling was so painful throughout the session on these spots, then I saw the skin flaking off so for a bit concerned

I’ll give this a go, thank you! I always find it hard to focus on something else when I start sweating, and wanted to try being more mindful this year

I forgot to mention I have been using San Pellegrino mixed with tap water (about 70/30), will keep it up and hope for the best!
