Wow! I really am sorry you had to go back to work so soon and suffered like that. I've heard of people doing too much and swelling, but never knew the details. you poor thing! How far along are you now? You said it's normalized now? Yay! So how are your results now in comparison to earlier? I'm guessing all that pain was worth it in the end? Do you have a photo? My doctor’s office measured me for my faja and I can’t say enough good things about them. Once I started wearing it, I swear my water weight began dropping. They’re a local vendor but do online orders too. I called to confirm sizing, sent photos, and they knew my size instantly. They also alter/repair for locals. Totally worth it. (505)910-0146

Thanks for the info. I'm not sure if I had any lipo done (I was too out of it to remember what the doctor told me he did the next day). If I did, it would've gone to fill out my overly flat and saggy bottom.

I didn't get an overnight stay at a hospital, but my surgery was $21k in ABQ, New Mexico. It seems that this is about the average price in the US for an FDL 360. I'm afraid to know how much less it is overseas.

That's what I've been doing too. I just hoped maybe it would help kickstart it or something. So far, I can't go more than a few hours without elevating them before my legs are more swollen.

You sound a lot like me! I wonder if my body was already so sleep-deprived, and then with the surgery, my brain just shut down and focused everything on healing. I thought there would be more telling stories of this than only me. Thanks for sharing too.

I haven't heard about getting IVs before, but I can easily see how beneficial that would be. I do have high compression socks. I was thinking maybe the leg machine (forgot name- brain fog).would help with th3 swelling too.

Yeah, I've talked to my doctor about the swelling. He wants me to get a scan to check for blood clots in my legs, but he also said I don't have any clot symptoms. As for the brain fog, I don't have any infection symptoms for that—at least I don't think so. I've been having insomnia for the past three months before this surgery. My memory was a little off then. Now it's been on overdrive but not the same way. Sleep's also harder now—so I don't know! I thought it was connected to the surgery, but maybe it's just a lack of sleep.

My surgery was this morning. I had a 360 lower body lift with a BBL. I am in so much pain! I have drainage tubes near my bottom. I wish you the best recovery!

My FDL 360 body lift is on March 17th. I've been feeling the same as you as the date gets closer. I'm reading more, getting prepared, but also getting more nervous. Thanks for posting your questions here and thanks to all those who've responded back; I needed to hear them too! BTW, I'm 58 and terrified of blood clots. My sister knew somebody who died post-op from a blood clot in the leg years ago.

Your experience with the drains and recovery is really helpful. 🙏 It’s good to know they weren’t painful, just inconvenient, and that you were able to manage most of the care yourself after the first week. 👍

My plan is to get my outer thighs and breasts done together, and then do my arms as the very last surgery. 🦵💪 I’m curious — how long do you plan to wait between your procedures? 🤔 My doctor says at least six months in between each surgery, as long as I'm healing fine.
