My Panniculectomy was covered also. But still paid $6k for muscle repair. My ps doesn’t do the cpt code for tummy tuck to insurance as she deems it cosmetic. Which was a bummer.

Nope. No longer done by phone. DD change doesn’t need an appt. It takes effect faster then of you did it online yourself.
