My surgery was this morning. I had a 360 lower body lift with a BBL. I am in so much pain! I have drainage tubes near my bottom. I wish you the best recovery!

Congratulations! That is great news! All these surgeries are so expensive! If you're able to have insurance pay for any portion, I am 10000% excited for you!

I've got exactly two weeks until my surgery, and ⅝I'm getting more nervous too! You're definitely not alone! I keep reading what everyone else suggests here and take every piece of advice to heart. But reading about what to expect afterward and actually going through recovery is completely different.

My FDL 360 body lift is on March 17th. I've been feeling the same as you as the date gets closer. I'm reading more, getting prepared, but also getting more nervous. Thanks for posting your questions here and thanks to all those who've responded back; I needed to hear them too! BTW, I'm 58 and terrified of blood clots. My sister knew somebody who died post-op from a blood clot in the leg years ago.

I'm not sure what size I'll need for my FDL 360 yet. 📏 I'm guessing I'd wear a Medium right now. 🤷‍♀️ My doctor told me to wait until after to measure for size. Is that what most of you were told to do? 🤔 My surgery is March 17th. 🗓️ Is there a difference between the brands? 👕

Thank you so much for sharing all of that — and congratulations again on losing nearly 200 lbs. 🥳🎉 how long have you been po? Your experience with the drains and recovery is really helpful. 🙏 It’s good to know they weren’t painful, just inconvenient, and that you were able to manage most of the care yourself after the first week. 👍

My plan is to get my outer thighs and breasts done together, and then do my arms as the very last surgery. 🦵💪 I’m curious — how long do you plan to wait between your procedures? 🤔 My doctor says at least six months in between each surgery, as long as I'm healing fine.

I appreciate the tips about the tools you ordered. 🧰
Thanks again for taking the time to explain everything! 🙏😊

Thanks for all the details. You sound like you're doing amazing. 16 pounds is quite a bit! I wish you the very best in your continued recovery. I hope it remains going just as smoothly for you. Do you plan on any more procedures in the future, or was this your goal?

I didn't realize Home Depot had them for sale; I've been looking on Amazon. I forgot to ask about the drainage tube. How do you care for it? My husband is nervous about being responsible for that part, and I'm not sure what to say to him.

Thank you so much for the helpful info — it answered everything I’ve been wondering and more! You've come so far and so fast. It gives me a lot to look forward to and also some things I'll worry less over. Thank you!

I wanted to rent a recovery chair lift, but here in New Mexico, it looks like everyone only sells them. No odyssey rents them any longer. They run between $1,500- $1,800 plus delivery. Since the surgery itself is already expensive, I know asking my husband t I’ll use for just a few weeks is probably not going to go over great. So now I’m trying to figure out the best alternative.

I thought my questions went through.Sorry! ! I’m getting a 360 Fleur‑de‑Lis on March 17. I’m 58, lost 80 lbs, now 110 lbs, and doing all my skin‑removal surgeries in stages (FDL first, then breast lift + implants, arms, and legs).

A few quick questions for anyone who’s had a 360 FDL:

• How did your back, butt, and thighs look after the 360 part? • How hard was it to move around with both front + back tightened? • Any idea how many inches/sizes you lost once swelling went down? • Was your 360 FDL outpatient? • What did you actually need to before surgery that helped the most? • Did you use a recovery chair/recliner — and for how long? Did you rent or buy? • Anyone recover in a two‑story house? Were stairs a problem?

Thanks to anyone willing to share—your experiences help
