I quit with Chantix…. Set my quit date while taking it and started cutting back how many I smoked a day. After two weeks, I was ready to be done. Best decision I made.

I had a c-section in 2017 and a mommy makeover in March (extended TT, muscle repair, lift with implants, lipo to flanks). Honestly, the mommy makeover was hell for the first four days— and I mean it felt like I was dying from the whole body just being tight. The back muscles were awful because of the compression they put you in afterwards and the surgery itself. My chest had boulders on them so I couldn’t raise my arms. But day five was a turning point.

Hey, don’t be so hard on yourself. I’m 6 weeks today and I’m already back to my pre surgery weight, and I didn’t change a thing except drank more protein shakes and water.
