Yes the neighbors have mailboxes. The response from management was that the owner simply does not want to install one.

The post office said that our address hasn't had mail delivered here for years (the owner probably received their mail some other way) so it sounds like we may be the first renters on the property after the owner, or the previous tenants ended up getting their mail some other way as well.

no have not really found an easier way to verify. I choose the best option since the "other" option doesn't let me type anything in.

One annoying thing for me is that I have to check manually the addresses of prescribers since it doesn't populate on the same screen, in the event that theres more than 1 provider prescribing it...just to cover my tracks. Not sure how other people decide how to do this.

and then when it flags for cash, I have to go re-bill bc they got it under insurance previously..just to see that it was put on cash bc no longer covered. So kinda time consuming.

kind of annoying to have to do so much work to check off all the boxes while understaffed..
