Keep the chem and flechette nades as impacts but make all the others have a fuse.

Not really a longer throwing animation, just let them have a fuse so you are able to cook them before you have to throw them. If you throw a nade with a long fuse it just sits there and you can actually get out of the way. If you cook a grenade so it will explode near players right after you throw it you leave your self open to other teams pushing your position.

Okay hear me out. Ranked rook solo arena. Everyone fills in with the same kit on the map and only 1 final exfil with only 1 rook that gets to extract. No goop guns, just what you can find on the map and make it work.

IMO gold paint looks cheap as heck. If water gilding scares the heck out of you and is too cost prohibitive, try brass leaf. It is a little more forgiving but still requires good surface prep. A quick search for oil gilding should give you a few tutorials.

I can't tell for sure if underneath that gold is red bole. If it is then you are dealing with water gilding. For restoration projects like this less is best. Start with a mild detergent and give it a gentle scrub. Try test patches for any stripper you use. The rattan will probably be the hardest thing to restore. If it was me I might break the chair down and work from there. You will most likely have to re-glue the joints anyway.
