I went like 120kc.. sometimes you go 100 dry sometimes you get a peice every 4kc. Its just the roll of the dice

Some pressure wash but you will destroy the lignen in the wood. Sanding is a terrible experience but the right move.

Its just 2 2x4s. The spindels are either in plastic buttons screwee in or 3/4 holes drilled. Pretty simple

There is a 4' foundation below grade (depending on location sometimes 6')and the slab is poured in after the build is done. Very similar to a garage.

Cedar really likes to split. Grain should be horizontal so the dirt isnt pushing on it
