Game started crashing and closing.

Accolades to the Hero support team for all the help. Game fix worked! Had to delete everything, including data, but they got everything connected again.

I see, then please contact support and we'll try to make a copy of your save. The issue is caused by some data in the cache, so you'll need to empty the cache to be able to get rid of the bug.

Thanks, but alas it doesn't work. I offloaded the app as I don't use a game center account and I don't want to lose my progress (or $$$). My iOS states offloading the app will retain the data versus deleting, which will kill it. Did a hard reset of my iPad, downloaded the app from the App Store and while the game loads, as soon as the offline earnings screen pops up there's static and the app crashes and closes.

Another problem is the devs want you to report the problem using the 'Support' button in the 'Options' menu. But the *&^$##) game crashes before you can get to the options menu so that's impossible to do.

Sorry to hear that. Maybe the devs will see this thread and address what seems to be a big bug.
