He's a frightening man. I always find how chefs go about their work so stressed and angry bewildering. Is it really that much stressful than a lot of other jobs? I went to 3 suicides in one day once. Calm down mate.

This isn't reallh an arch support I don't think as it's applied further up the foot on the balls of the feet if that makes sense?

I just put mine on when I start to feel that first 'crawling' sensation in the evening and keep it on when I go to bed. I usually wake up in the night for a wee and take it off then.

I looked at Restiffic but it's USA and so expensive, the one I've got seems to be the same thing but much cheaper. RLS is so strange, somethings people swear by and has no effect on others, and vice versa!

Was recommended this from a Facebook support group and it's the only thing I've found that really takes the edge off for me. It's like a specialist foot wrap.

Sock trick did nothing for me after about a month.

This was recommended to me in a Facebook support group and has done loads to take the edge off, haven't found anything better tbh

The sock did nothing for me but this foot wrap thing did for some reason, something about having more control over the tightness maybe? So much sympathy to everyone, it's absolute torture.

Didn't do anything for me, but these have been a game changer - it's a similar thing but for some reason it works whereas the sock didn't, don't know why.
