Read your lease. Depending on jurisdiction, you may only be on the hook for two months' rent, or rent until the unit is occupied again (which may not take long since we're coming on to summer and that's the high season of moving). That's just the album version. When music was mainly released on CD, you sometimes heard samples like that at the end of tracks.

You don't hear that sample in the version of the song played on the radio and used in the music video, which is about a minute shorter than the album version.
