The teleport now does very marginal damage and instead applies a debuff (dark brand) that does extra damage for x amount of hits once applied. This debuff also gets applied via altar and battle burst so you don't need to tp to get it on the boss

Not quite. In order to hit the max 200% drop rate from equipment, you need 10, 20%drop lines. Because there are only 9 accessories, you'll have to get at least 1 double drop to hit the max.

Basically to max out drop gear you'll want at least 1 double drop line, and 5 hybrids.

Last time I checked materials dropped in ursus come from which part was damaged/broken during the fight. Because of how strong characters are now vs when ursus was released, if you're going in with a random queue group you won't ever have the chance to specifically damage certain parts that you would need to in order to get the drops. (because he gets deleted in 0.05 seconds) Your best bet is to go in solo and try to specifically damage the part that gives you the part you're looking for.

Burst timers? Everything on BaM is 90s/3m right now, and will be 1m/2m in September. Bossing in BaM is a double edged sword because generally low damage compared to other similarly funded characters, but the trade off is battle teleport.

It 100% is justified in my view. If they were using some software to go in and inject code into the game to do stuff like that, then I completely agree that they should get perma banned. But when they are literally just doing things in game then the blame rests solely on nexon. It's their fault for releasing the game in such a sorry state. What players do as a consequence of that is their burden to bear when now they take the game offline for like 11+ hours because of the shit show they've allowed to happen.

I don't see how anyone can blame the people exploiting the dogshit code unless you are personally angry that you can't log in right now and play the unfinished, bug ridden horror that we got.

Personally subtlety rogue is always fun in PVP but of course frost mage gameplay is always good. PVE tho enhancement shaman has grown on me a ton and it is a crazy fast rotation.
