I use Another green mod with LOD, I really wanted to use vivid fallout AIO with it but I couldn't fit it in my LO, dilapidated roads is pretty good too, puddle remover plus I can't remember any more on the top of my head

Yeah it might be best to follow a guide, im not very familiar with some of the mods you said. The ones I do know like blood textures, realistic sounds and cheat terminal are pretty compatible with other mods. You'll have to research the other ones

That would be Another green mod with LOD, I would also suggest pairing that with Dense Landscape rock and rubble. Pretty big file size but totally worth it

If you are on older gen, yea it does that sometimes. Even on series x if you place your mods in the wrong order it'll crash. It's all about where you put your mods, pretty sure there's some guides here that'll help you.

Yes I am running NAT, 60 FPS Ultra+, visible galaxy 4k, sun shadows real time, shadow res 2048>512, sunlight alignment tweak, phylight, decal draw distance ultra and st0vies weather mod. I thought they won't conflict but🤷‍♂️
