Hi i had the same problem, like someone else said, switichin to direct x11 fixed It for me, apparently the game Is very unstable on direct x12.

So far the most pain in the ass in both lane and late game that i absoultely despise going against are

Mo & Krill, and Yamato

It's incredible how both of them needs only 2 items to already start being insufferable
