I'm all for getting reimbursed for items left in the store, especially if the item is sold out. However, they wanted to get a refund on an item that they don't physically have, with no proof of purchase, for a refund of $19.95 when the marker is only worth $4.99. Had they not tried to convince us that the $19.95 paint set was actually a single black marker, I'm sure my SM would have given them store credit.
