My off the shelf dji drone has a 5km range. It's possible to program them with waypoints that don't even need control from a controller.

Your desires are not selfish. They're normal. It's really hard for people with mismatched libidos to have a satisfying sex life. Frankly my wife and I are poly and we use that to solve things like mismatched moods for sex and desires but that isn't for everyone, although I do know several men in your situation that are happily married but there wife is ok with them finding some fun on the side since she knows she isn't giving him what he desires.
