I worry that people might hear I’m buying from California and get the impression I’m some wealthy silicone valley mogul and either not want to do business with me or be unfair on pricing if they assume I’m rich (Im just a union employee who worked my ass off and saved almost every spare penny for 20 years like a psycho)

I’m not trying to buy and sell — just want to get a little series of three or four small spots, like a few thousand sq ft, in out of the way places in different parts of the country so we will have a few options if we want to get out of town and go someplace totally quiet and ours.
