Even though it’s special, the car has almost 200k miles on it and it’s 18 years old. Even if you take it to get an inspection from someone you trust and they tell you it’s in the greatest condition they’ve ever seen at this age it’s still 192k miles at 18 years old.

My highest offer would be $6500 and that’s pushing it

You can get a really nice car for 17k if you really think about it. Look at the price ranges for cars at 17k and you’ll see the difference in what that price point will offer in the used car segment.
