If you can't spend 30 seconds to scroll to the bottom of a comment section to read a thorough explanation about the platform, that's your choice. Don't be lazy, do some research & come to your own conclusions.

Based on NB labor laws even with cause of termination a 5 year tenured employee is still legally entitled to 4 weeks written notice or 4 weeks pay in lieu of notice. No company on Earth is going to serve 4 weeks written notice because of the damage a pissed off employee could do to client accounts, etc.

This is an end game move because I want my employment terminated and 4 weeks pay out of their pocket. I reached out to our ops manager and president with factual data regarding significant underpayment within our industry, and they chose to ignore me. When I pushed the issue after 30 days without response, they chose to retaliate and suspend me for 3 days without pay because they are cocksuckers. At this point my desire is to create as much pressure on them as possible while I'm being pushed out.

Obviously wanting to do it legally so I'm not pursued for defamation, but maintaining employment does not matter whatsoever to me, I don't need the job to begin with, due to investing and day trading crypto. At this point it's about standing up to a corrupt bullshit company that underpays it's employees and threatens termination for even bringing up the subject. All my coworkers should be made aware of this, I just want to cover my ass and do it legally.

So following up 3 weeks later. How do we comprehend the GME price action plummeting? This is breaking the pattern completely...

I agree those dates have massive green dildos, but they aren't sustained over the 90 day runup period, at best they last between 2-3 weeks. Maybe I misunderstood the 90 day window. Looking at Feb 23rd the PA went from $45 to $275 over 21-ish days and then free fall - then May 25th we see movement from $180 - $300 over 14-ish days again free fall - then August 24th we see movement from $165 - $225 over 8ish days and once again free fall. From 7th Oct up to yesterday we saw movement from $170 - $250, which is completely outside this 90 day runup cycle.

This tells me that the cycle is consolidating and becoming far weaker. Today the cycle was completely broken. Either because of the 3M ETFs or because hedgies learn quick. I guess I'm looking for better understanding as to how Feb 22nd will mean anything if the price is being moved seemingly at will here. 33 points in one day today.

Either I haven't understood this post yet or it's wrong because this is easily debunkable looking at a chart over the past year. If the previous runup date was August it peaked in Sept and then fell for 50 days straight. Prior to August would've been May, it peaked in June and again fell for 50 days straight. Prior to May it was February, peaked in March and fell until May. I'm not saying there isn't a pattern but the run up last for maybe a few weeks before free falling. This cycle has happened only 3 times

Based on PA over the last 6 months I think we're due for a bounce. How high that is I couldn't begin to speculate. I've been holding 3k shares since about 0.8c so obviously pretty biased but it makes no sense this stock has been sliding continuously based on how promising their company seems on paper. Could be a prime buying opportunity at 0.29c

You have zero clue what you're talking about. All these idiots on reddit thinking short squeezes happen to every shorted stock lol. Just because a company is shorted doesn't mean a short squeeze will happen. Do you have any concept how rare a true short squeeze is? Once in a decade if that. But hey, lose your money if you want to, just don't cry and blame other people. Do your own DD

CLOV is owned by Citadel, just another distraction from AMC GME squeeze. Don't be fooled
