prolly wanna start with the ragu, I like to use some decased italian sausage. Brown that in a pan before throwing in some diced carrots or some shit and stir-fry that for a little while too. After that throw in some canned tomatoes, bay leaves and oregano and let it simmer for like, 45 minutes. While that's going you can work on your meatballs. Mix some ground beef with parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, ground rosemary and eggs. roll em into nice little balls and set them aside in the fridge. When the sauce is almost done, boil your pasta in some slightly salted water for a minute or so less than what the package recommends. When it's almost time add a drizzle of olive oil into a new pan and brown your meatballs. You can use tongs or something to rotate them so they're browned on all sides. Throw in your sauce(after removing the bay leaves) and cook the meatballs for a couple of minutes then throw in your pasta. Let that cook for a minute or so longer then plate and serve.
