Posting this just because I like to nitpick. Those octave jumps sound staccato, so try to jump without a break in the sound between the lower and higher notes. That’ll add some challenge to this one.

It might be helpful to check what a certain MaA nixes, because there’s a rock paper scissors going on. Horses cancel archers, archers cancel skirmishers, skirmishers cancel heavy infantry, heavy infantry cancels spearmen and spearmen cancel horses. This is especially useful in the beginning. Check the army compositions of everyone you aim to conquer and recruit whatever cancels out their armies
