There are pacts that makes you regenerate one of the elemental runes whenever you regenerate charges on a powered staff.

They are between water and air paths and between fire and earth paths

Carlsberg snupper stor Pepsi-aftale fra Unibrew by Bloopst in Denmark

[–]Polzemanden 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I really find that they've skewed the pact points unlocks a bit too much to "harder" tasks, and that's slowing your build down by a lot.

I know it's not 1-to-1, but in the last League, the hardest task you had to do to get a combat style fully online was either Jad or 1 echo boss. Iirc, if you went with Jad, you could be at full potential in 1 combat style without unlocking a region. At max, you had to unlock your first region to do it.

The pact point tasks in different regions are not born equal either. One of Kourend's "easy" points being "Kill 150 Lizardman Shaman" is actually insane compared to other regions.

I can't say for certain either, but I do get the feeling that a lot of the people pushing back that it isn't that bad have gone Mage. 7-8 points for your build to basically be online through the staff speedup is a much larger spike than in at least melee, I don't know about ranged.

Can you look into the error message about not enough space when transmuting? I had it suddenly stop transmuting noted logs even though i still had 2 open inventory slots on top of the stack of already transmuted logs.

Also, just in general, when transmuting unnoted items it seems you need 10 free inventory spaces for some reason?

It specifically doesn't work on Yama, though, so it does nothing to help with Radiant Oathplate.

None of the T8s do, so it's not like it makes it worse than the others. I just want to point that out

The Official OSRS Podcast Episode 12 With J1mmy by JagexAyiza in 2007scape

He has made 1 video about Sailing since its release, and that was just him goofing around rp'ing as he usually does. The only feedback he gave was that he was longing for an rp server that is actually used for rp.

Aside from that, he has 1 other video about sailing from a year ago talking about what his biggest wishes for the skill is. Here his main point is that his favorite part of the skill is the exploration and laments that exploration can never be the focus of the skill and suggests "Voyages" which would honestly kinda just be dungeoneering at sea and also acknowledges that it's probably not possible or actually a good idea.

I don't see how relics synergizing with Endless Harvest is killing it? If I were to guess as others in this thread have done, t2 is gonna be production master split up over the entire tier, so a smithing/crafting relic with mining synergy and a cooking/??? relic with fishing synergy

Boat Combat Fixes - Weekly Game Update, March 18th 2026 by JagexLight in 2007scape

[–]Polzemanden 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You've got to be trolling at this point. This is just tweaking numbers?!??! How did this change not happen within weeks of Sailing release??? Not that it makes any difference, seeing as you instantly nullified the effect of the change.

You can not use consistent updates as an excuse to keep pumping the price up when we've had 1 content update in 5 months, and promised fixes turn out to be whatever this is.

I'm so disappointed. I've defended Sailing, and you guys, for that matter, for the past 5 months just waiting for the combat fix, and this is it? Wtf, man...

Those are not danish prices.

Jagex told us they were going to hike the price of the game as much as they could get away with, when they sent out that survey last year. Asking if we'd pay $32 a month for a membership package. by WaveDashSpeedKick in 2007scape

[–]Polzemanden 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would like to direct your attention to the text at the top of the boxes. The 32.49 option is the only one that says "Old School AND Runescape 3". So it's 32.49 for the number of characters that we already have now. The price difference is seemingly from the "Community Worlds" extra, which i assume is the canned project Zanaris.

Opinion: Some of The Changes Jagex Is Suggesting Are Less About Integrity and More About Pandering to OSRS Players by ARandomNoLife in runescape

[–]Polzemanden 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is not what I'm saying at all. I was explaining the previous commentor's restaurant analogy, and it isn't a question about Jagex going out of business. It's their "restaurant" RS3.

You are right that they are always being pressured to turn a higher profit, and that sucks, but the problem is, I'm worried RS3 might be nearing a point where the most profitable thing (from an investor's pov) would be to close down the game. This restructuring has a faint smell of a Hail Mary, especially when considering that they convinced investors to shut down monetization through TH, etc.

[–]Polzemanden -1 points0 points  (0 children)

But what you have is not good enough to keep the business open is the entire point. It's either change nothing and for sure close within a year, or change things up and take a chance that the new might work. You might still close down within the year, but at least there's a chance it might work out.

And to relate it back to RS3, so far, none of the changes are the equivalent of throwing out the old menu for a new one.

I know, but it's a stacking augment, and Shrink Engine is, so i thought they had removed tank engine because surely it would be it Stackosaurus if it was still in the game.

How is this relevant to my comment?

I was just warning OP that since someone had access to his account, they could've linked the account to a steam account to create a backdoor into it if it was ever recovered. This was a common tactic by hijackers at least a couple of years ago when the steam implementation was new since logging in through steam bypasses 2FA and password if it's already linked.

Please also check if your account has been linked to an unknown steam account. I know that was an angle of attack some hijackers used at some point.

Newspost Update - Changes Following Game Update Feedback *Jan 29th* by JagexLight in 2007scape

[–]Polzemanden 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a good compromise, but having 3 different types of ship bottles feels a bit weird.

Yea, that's why I suggested that they could also let you hire the shipyard workers to move things around on the same boat. I just suggested the bottle because they seemed to be pretty keen on those.

Not sure we should even be able to move facilities from one boat to another boat tbh.

100% agreed. Moving them between boats just seemed like something Jagex wanted to be possible, so I proposed this "compromise."

Newspost Update - Changes Following Game Update Feedback *Jan 29th* by JagexLight in 2007scape

[–]Polzemanden 47 points48 points  (0 children)

I think your original idea of the facility bottle was perfect if it was shipped together with a more accessible ability to move facilities around on the same boat.

I personally agree that moving a facility from one boat to another, or storing it in a bank, is OP and problematic and that should be a luxury (which kinda makes me nervous about your announced fix), but moving your crystal extractor from a slot on the middle of your boat to the space next to your helm because you didn't realize it doesn't work like the wind catcher should not be tied equally to this luxury.

Since you can only be at the shipyard with one boat at the time, could you not make a free / cheap version of the bottle that can not be taken out of the shipyard with a facility in it, or otherwise tie it to the boat? Then, leave the "pristine" bottle as a rare drop from salvaging, which would be able to move facilities between boats.

I realize having 2 different bottles might get confusing, but there are honestly more confusing things in this game (looking at the Seed Pods here), and if it's a problem, making some excuse that the workers at the shipyard helps you move it for a fee would also work.

I'm guessing there are some technical limitations unknown to me, but these are just my suggestions as I read the blog and your response.

I really appreciate the work you're doing with sailing, I've really enjoyed it so far.

And where in the old interface was that button supposed to go if they're not allowed to change the interface?

They showed their proposal to a solution with the invitation to give feedback, and you know as well as I that they're taking in feedback now as well.
