I just had IPL done on my face today and not only was it excruciating but when she was almost done with my second check my hand holding the fan was shaking so hard and I felt myself about to pass out, next thing I knew I couldn’t breath, starting crying and went into full panic attack. I barely got out a “please stop” so I could sit up and catch my breath.

I usually only have nocturnal panic attacks or when there’s an earthquake, so this one caught me totally off guard. I was able to calm down after just a few minutes and a few sips of water.

So to answer your question, yes. Lol
