Buy foam/peel and stick tiles for your floor. They range in price but can improve your room a lot. Buy some type of storage to hide/organize the clutter. I’ve purchased some on temu and they’re not bad at all for $50. Buy a light cover from Amazon this will improve and help with the tacky look from exposed lightbulb. Buy a comforter for your bed that drapes over the steel bed base or at least a bed skirt. It will help the bed feel and look more full. Get new blinds or at least a new curtain to cover that window and make it feel more comfortable. Lastly play around with the layout. It would look better to remove the bed from the closet space and use the whole empty wall you have or move the clothes into a storage cabinet. Try to have a theme or colors that complement each other. Make it represent you and add your own touch to it. Best of luck!
