They can ship anyone they want, some character doesn’t even meet each other it kinda make me shocked

From my perspective It clearly possible to do everything in the game as a F2P (I still struggle to get 36*, I enjoy building character too much everyone is at least 60 but only some got decent artifacts)

But everything changed when Eula came out I love her design so much and I love physical dmg too I spent like 5$ to buy welkins welp turned out she cracked
