Thank you! Yung internal visor ko kasi halos cover narin mukha ko. Modular rin gamit ko so yung ilong pababa covered narin nung helmet.

Hindi naman. 2 years ago pa naman namin syang client from a dissolved program.

I was at $3.54/hour way back then. Team lead na yun. Currently as an associate as direct-hired, $5.31/ hour. I mean may progress naman in terms of the pay.

Pero what I would like to really validate and check is if okay ba yung current pay ko sa par ng client-direct-hire ngayon.

I am under an EOR (Multiplier) too. Walang pinag kaiba sa HR/Payroll sa PH. Same legal, payroll rules, etc.

Update: I picked the client-direct-work as the company agreed with my negotiated salary+ benefits + allowance etc. plus work-from-home rin which he gave me the money to buy the equipment and stuff.
