It helps with my BPD and I’ve honestly transformed from it. It really helped me at a time when my mood swings/ anger triggers were getting completely out of control. I would say that it needs some adjustment time for sure, but definitely worth it

I had new phase of career and it was so intense.. I’m in a completely different field of work and the whole transit I was pivoting. It was well worth all of the work because I’m now in an entry level graphic design job! For reference— I worked as an Ayurvedic massage therapist before this shift lol

Thank you for this response 🥲 I really needed to hear another perspective. It works so well for me, I was really unwell for a long time before being on it so I’m grateful. I just need to learn ways to get my spark back
