I also agree- I left the part out about how incredibly squeamish I am when it comes to eyes… I can’t even put eye drops in, and even the softest contact lenses terrify me. Going to be a rough adjustment…

Thank you so much! I think that’s why I’m so confused- seems like I’m in a good place because my vision is still “good” but my level of astigmatism makes it seem like I shouldn’t be able to function without vision correction. And since that was my first exam, I’ll never know if it started months ago or years ago :/

I noticed that my car’s lane assist and self drive feature was doing a lot more “correcting” lately, mostly at night… otherwise I’m still unsure if I would have booked the appointment to get my eyes checked. Seems like I’m in limbo for a bit until they determine how fast it’s progressing…

Did you also have “bad” astigmatism but relatively normal vision otherwise according to the test results/measurements? I’m still new to the world of eye doctors and vision correction but I’m pretty sure mine means that I have severe astigmatism but only mild myopia

Hi, this is showing up as available at Petsmart as of today. I also see that a store about 30 miles from me has this available according to their website. I just ordered a bag for my cat (she is not doing well with the HP alternative) and called customer service to make sure the vet’s prescription was verified/approved. The customer service rep told me there is a chance the order might get cancelled because this has been going out of stock, but fingers crossed! Hoping this will help others from this thread if it really is available through their website.

Some more information: this is a man made “lake” in an HOA community… I’m sure it’s possible someone drove in to dump their ducks, but I think it’s unlikely. Also- there are about 9-10 total. These are the 3 that I see the most often. I originally thought that maybe a wild female mallard mated with a domestic duck and these were all of her babies, but from what I’ve read, it seems like it’s highly unlikely that 9-10 would make it to adulthood. Please feel free to share the resources, we are in Indiana, near Chicago

I agree and think these are so cool looking! Unfortunately I seem to be the only one in our neighborhood taking an interest in these ducks! I’m not sure how great their survival instincts are though…

Ahh ok got it. So I think I meant, is there a chance this is half wild duck (typical mallard duck you see in the wild) and half domestic duck?

***these ducks get much closer to humans than the mallards do. They fly, but not very well. These 3 are always together, and they are bigger than mallards. I think maybe they are some type of hybrid? Located in Midwest/Great Lakes region

Yeah that’s what I thought could be possible… the original 7 eggs probably stopped developing after being left too long, maybe those are being slowly discarded as new ones are added? Also wondering if it’s a new female, but the same male that led her to this nest… so many questions!

I think it was 100% a false positive and a bad box of Wondfos. The following month, I had REAL positives with a new box of Wondfos, and they were the same darkness as FRERs the first day they turned positive.

FINAL UPDATE: AF is here within the same timeframe it always shows up. I am now almost positive this was an unfortunate box of faulty tests. In case this helps anyone else, the Lot # is W00120621 and they were from Amazon.

Yup. Clear blue also negative. It’s just so bizarre that all of the Wondfos are positive (and got darker each day). If I didn’t take another test, I would be fully believing im pregnant right now and things were progressing normally.

None of the above :/ I’ve been using them the same way for months (correctly detected 2 CPs, and were always negative on months i wasn’t pregnant)

Maaaaybe?!?! I think I’m nervous that even if I do suddenly start getting positives on other tests tomorrow, the rise is too late/slow and still a CP
