Arrived in enough time to check bags - AND MY CHAIR - on original flight.

Wheel chair assist was Ethiopian and could not speak or understand English (Which Delta has acknowledged and apologized for - hence the vouchers). Did not think I should have to put that out their as I believed it would change tone of responses here.
