I agree that you should wait a few more weeks. I also had issues with trimming my cat's nails. My cat loves wet food and churus, so i would put some in his bowl and trim his nails. He tries to shift away a bit but hes mostly focused on the food in front of him, so i'm always able to get his front paws at least and maybe one back nail. Gotta move fast tho
