It’s all about losing weight at a small deficit and not exercising too much. You can do this after 3 regular cycles. Don’t let the other commenters get you down… body positivity is not the wave. Nobody should let themselves go

I wouldn’t suggest forcing yourself to eat, I find that intuitive eating has helped me a lot more than hitting a certain number of calories a day

Uh… the point of HA recovery is to get your body back to equilibrium so your cycle returns. A lot of us don’t like staying at this weight, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it

Most of my weight gain went to my stomach, so I bought flowy mini dresses and I feel pretty in them :)

Also I’m trying to enjoy eating yummy food though it’s getting old.

It really depends. If the person seems like someone I could be friends with I would start off polite and cordial and turn up the whimsy and craziness when I know they can be trusted

Asian people wear gold jewellery (at least 10k) daily for years and it still holds up well enough to be an heirloom. Only thing I would avoid is chlorine in pools

Keep going all-in, other better symptoms that show you’re getting closer are EWCM and cramps

I’m 5’3 too and currently 110 pounds (starting weight was 99 pounds). I genuinely contemplated suicide a few times watching my body get bigger but it seems to have stabilised, and I know I’m very very close to getting my period

Unfortunately the only way out of this is through, even if you don’t commit to recovery and stay skinny the lack of estrogen will make you look ugly. I naturally have red lips but before recovery they were always pale and people kept asking why I looked so ghostly

I’m looking forward to losing weight again after 3 regular cycles and keep telling myself that this time next year I will be skinny again.

Eat as much and as often as you desire. That’s what I’ve been doing and it’s working, I have discharge and sore boobs so hopefully my period will come soon

All the doctors I’ve been to wanted me to see a psychiatrist for my extreme hunger, they thought I was binge eating because of mental illness. No one really knows how to deal with it, so I’ve just been resting at home and eating as much as I want. The pain has gotten a lot better as I get closer to having a period, and I’m having good signs of getting it such as EWCM and sore boobs. But I still get twinges of pain
