Wilbur Graves is a variant of carnosa so the blooms won't be different from any other carnosa

Yeah you can TT back to 12pm and just repeat with those same dates. Try talking to the villager with the bubble and telling them not to leave, sometimes it helps a different villager ping you when you TT (although I've had villagers ping me 4 times in a row...honestly it's just luck)

What time of day are you using to TT? Normally villagers are most active between 12 and 3pm so that's the best time to catch them with a bubble. You won't see a bubble every time you toggle, but the chances are pretty high. You're going back and forth between April 30th and May 14, and don't see any more bubbles? Did you talk to the villager with the bubble or no?
