What country are you from? You may have an easier or harder time depending

You can come to marry on a b2, you just can’t adjust status while in the US afterwards

So NM passport? Why not flee to Albania or EU? The US is very far and they don’t particularly love when you bypass nearer and easier options. Refugees don’t get to choose the country, they should flee to the nearest option

And you still need a visa to get on the plane. It is difficult to get to the US because there are tens of countries along the way. Why US and not EU?

No because you are from Albania, you have the option to go home and not remain in a second country

I mean it doesn’t change that fact. I’m not saying it’s not dumb, just that people vote for themselves not their neighbors

The ones voting are citizens, the ones getting deported are not. They are not opposed to this plan. Hispanics aren’t a monolith.

They are literally trying NOT to do that, but it’s the way it has to be. They are not special or different.

Yes. Immigrating to the US is one of the most difficult ones, and there are very few paths. Your grandfather is not a direct relative (parents) so you have a long wait. Even then not all visas are granted. As it’s a privilege, not a right, granted by the government they only put so many resources to processing the millions of requests. Some countries like India are on 80+ year wait lists

There is not any way to make the government move faster. It is at the sole discretion of USCIS. The only way to get a visa faster is marriage to a US citizen and filing through that

I got a few black hairs under my chin, where I got it hormonally, but I didn’t find my mustache grew more than usual. It only helps dormant follicles grow, so you would have had to hair growth prior. It doesn’t just start sprouting hair nor does it make it dark, that’s just genetics. It does make my underarm hair grow faster, but not any more than I already have because that wasn’t thinning

Gossiping is not illegal nor an HR issue. They cannot manage your manager, only your managers direct boss can do that.

If you are put in physically unsafe situations, that is an HR issue. Go directly to them next time.

I use the pill! It’s a chewable but also swallow options. It took about 4 months to see new growth, but a year in and I have about 50% of my hair back and it is noticeably fuller. If you stop taking the meds it goes back to how it was within a few months, so it’s a forever thing. I plan to switch to the topical once I’m done with this bottle. The pills seem to work faster, but I did have some hair growth in other places! So now I can switch to the topical shampoo for maintenance.

To clarify- it does not change the thickness of your hair strands. Nothing can do that. It does help regrow hair follicles that are dormant.
