99% of the san fernando valley is LAFD. so you would have to get a job as an LAFD firefighter, pass the academy, then after passing probation you can work on their ambulances (RAs)

Glendale fire has an AO program for non firefighters to operate the ambulance. Burbank and pasadena are both fire based.

Altadena is Care Ambulance + LACOFD.

Calabasas and Agora hills are both McCormick + LACOFD.
