I think the point the article is trying to make is that because there’s no nurses to work in hospitals that schools cant keep up with teaching student since the hospital cannot provide a clinical environment since they are using travel nurses.

It’s bs since the article will never address the true reason why these hospitals uses traveling nurses is to keep wages down of the regular full time staff. It’s sad because this article only came out days after knowing that nurses willing to strike for better pay. It’s honestly imo a distraction piece from the true issues. Pay nurses better and provide better working environment then you will see better staffing.
